Easter Holiday Recipes, Holiday Easter celebrates the liberation of Israel from slavery in ancient Egypt. This year will begin Easter Holiday in April 19and continue for 7 days until Monday, April 25. It is traditional for Jewish families to gather on the night of the first of the Holiday of Passover, a special dinner called a Seder. Of course you can celebrate the Easter Holiday with classic recipes. If you are interested in some of the Seder foods and friendly, here are some recipes from the food web that can help you to make your feast a success.

Easter Holiday Cobbler:

• 3 large eggs
• 3 / 4 cup sugar
• 1 / 4 cup vegetable oil, kosher for Passover Holiday
• 3 / 4 cup matzo meal
• 2 tbsp potato starch
• 6 to 8 cups peeled and sliced ??fruit, such as apples, pears, and strawberries
• 1 / 8 cup cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F oil minor 9 of 9-inch square baking pan.
Beat eggs with sugar until well blended. Add oil, matzo meal, potato starch and salt and mix well.
Put all the fruit in the skillet and sprinkle with most of the sugar and cinnamon, and reserving a little higher. Spoon the batter over the fruit, which covers much of the fruit as you can. Sprinkle the remaining sugar.
